I went there over the weekend and it waste of my money. The lady did not have a clue about how to do put pressure and... do massage. The lady could not even put pressure despite being told enough times and eventually when she did put for 5 minutes in the end she did not do it properly. This is the last place I would recommend going to. Please go to Markham and they have much better places than this one. Please don’t waste your money.read more

Had a foot and lower leg massage with Peter and it was just what I needed. I’m on my feet all day and he used the exact pressure to give me relief. I had an Excellent Rainbow scalp hair wash spa experience. Masseuse Vivian was brilliant. She worked on my hair and... scalp expertly, I even got a shoulder massage which was very relaxing. Initially the treatment felt a little scratchy but trust the process and your hair will be the soft and bouncy and your scalp nourished by the end of it. I am very happy with my experience.read more

I had the worst experience ever during my first visit. The reception staff were super rude. No greeting at all and we I... inquired about the insurance receipt after the service, she first started laughing at me and she blamed me that I did not ask for insurance claim up front so I will have to pay cash and no insurance claim! If this is a miscommunication I’m fine with it but you as the service provider you should communicate with the customer in a professional manner. Laughing at and blaming the customer that I did not say what I need before booking!? This is such ridiculous for such a rude and unprofessional service.read more

I’m expressing a disappointment with the service I received at the front desk during my recent visit at this store.... The check-in process was not handled professionally. I was not informed about the available packages and options. This level of service at the front desk detracted from what could have been a relaxing and enjoyable experience. I believe that first impressions are crucial, especially in a service-oriented business like this, and unfortunately, my experience was not a positive one. Will never go back for sure.read more

Thankfully it was just the two of us in the room, as we chatted the whole time. She was extremly nice, explained what she was doing and why.I will be going back for sure!read more

I’ve been twice and love it. The foot reflexology has given me so much relief!! I’ve been suffering with plantar... fasciitis and having a 90 min session has helped at with pain reduction of 80%! I also had the most relaxing body massage for 1.5 hours! The spa is super clean and the staff are warm and welcoming!read more

I was so excited for foot, shoulder and neck massage. The advertising was amazing. Made my appt & they said I could... come in right away, so I did. The girl brought me in a dark room & left for 10 min. Came back with a bucket of warm water that barely fit my feet. I sat in a recliner. When it was time to massage neck and shoulders, she asked me to stand up and turn around with my feet in this small pail. I turned around and sat upright on an ottoman as she proceeded to massage neck & shoulders. So uncomfortable & extremely unprofessional. They should have made an appt when they had the space available. Not take me for my money and stick my feet in a pail and get massaged sitting upright . I’m so sad because I thought I had found my new place. I’m a great tipper and would have continued to go there but no way. You just can’t take people’s cash and give them some half blank treatment. My experience was nothing close to what they advertise. I did leave a generous tip as she worked for it & it wasn’t her fault. Sitting on a low ottoman with your feet squashed in a small pail while they apply pressure during massage was very uncomfortable and unstable.read more

Had an amazing experience here and that's already factoring that I had to drive from North York! I got Anna, who was... very attentive and spoke adequate English, to do a 60-minute hair/scalp treatment, which was so comfortable I fell asleep, and afterwards my hair felt so bouncy! Then she also did a 30-minute foot massage which helped me a lot as I have done a lot of walking for exercise in the summer. Everything was on schedule, and the place is clean, if a bit hard to find. Highly recommend! I wish it was closer to my home.read more

Will not be going back and this place should be reported. Booked a one hour foot massage. I asked multiple times if... they can be on time when I made the booking as I had to be at an appointment after and I was assured it would be. That was not the case - Had to wait 30 minutes! So I changed my massage to 45 minutes so I could still leave on time but then had to do 30 minutes. The person was an RMT so asked for a receipt and they told me that certain insurance companies won't accept their RMT so wanted to know which insurance company I was with and told me that my insurance company doesn't accept their RMT. That's totally shady. That's not How insurance companies work.Also when I had my massage the actual massage was less than 20 minutes and the person just rushed through it but I still had to pay for 30 minutes. Very unprofessional place that runs a sady operation. I won't be going back here.read more

I was at Comfort Foot Spa for massage service once and will never go there again. Joints areas were deeply massaged,... which should not happen and can be harmful. The masseur wasn’t speaking English at all, so I could not explain what exactly I do or don’t like. She didn’t touch my feet at all even though that type of massage must include it! Very hot towel was thrown to my spine without any warning. I was shocked instead of relaxed. The walls are too thin, so I can hear other people sounds in the hall and in other massage rooms. They provide the form to fill about diseases and indications AFTER the massage. And finally, their out of pocket and insurance prices are different, 30% difference and you get to know it only at the end.I highly NOT recommend this salon due to poor service level. This is not the place I can feel relaxed. I got the worst massage in my life.P.S. this is my first comment on google maps. Usually I don’t do it even if the service was unpleasant. But here I feel so uncomfortable after massage that I decided to leave it.read more

No one is perfect and the fact that they genuinely cared about following up says a lot. This is a service worth booking.read more

Booked a message appointment for 5:30. They called me at 4:55 to tell me that they were running behind and i should... arrive at 5:50. Ended up waiting around until 5:50 but then they told me that they made a mistake and i had to wait until 6:30.20 minutes after i left someone else called me and said it was a mistake and i should come back.Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I couldn't recommend this place to anyone at all.read more

I booked a one hour reflexology. treatment. The service provider was 20 minutes late. She started giving me a food... massage, and NOT reflexology. She didn't seem to know what reflexology was. The woman at the front desk said the staff who usually provide reflexology were 'busy' but I was not told that when I booked the treatment. I walked out. I won't be returning.read more

I decided to try foot massage after hearing positive feedback from Oakville area friends.I walked in without an... appointment and was warmly greeted by the very friendly receptionist Angie. She told me that it would be fifteen minute wait and led me into a very clean and comfortable room that she sanitized before my entry. She prepared a hot herbal foot soak, brought a cup of hot tea and provided a warm pillow that she placed behind my neck. Extremely relaxing!Fifteen minutes later my masseuse Mandy entered and began my sixty minute foot massage. She had excellent technique using perfect pressure. This was a very professional massage at a high quality spa at an extremely reasonable price.I very much look forward to my next visit to Comfort Foot Spa.read more

REFLEXOLOGY:Great experience with PETER (Nov 2020). No time wasted with separate foot soak. Peter did the shoulder... massage while my feet were soaking, and he applied lots of pressure and hit all the right spots for the ensuing reflexology. He worked hard, is very skilled and cared that I had a good experience!THERAPISTS - skilled and polite. Sometimes you need to ask for more pressure, which they are usually quick to adjust.GETTING AN APPT - this is one of the best spas to get in same day. They are open long hours and are easy to communicate with by phone or text. Prompt replies.RELAXING MUSIC - need to get this wired throughout the whole spa, not just in the lobby where clients can't hear it.LOUD TALKING & NOISE - therapists need to speak much more quietly with each other (or better yet, not at all when with a client), and not bang doors when entering and exiting therapy rooms... basic spa etiquette that really needs to be addressed here, as other reviewers have pointed out.OVERALL - a great spa, easy to get an appointment, polite and skilled therapists (but you may need to give them instructions to suit your needs), can be noisy at times.read more

I went there last Friday with husband and two kids. Firstly i was so agaced by the attitude of the lady at the... reception. I have been to many massage salons, and this welcome was the worst of everything. She did not even greet us. She just asked roughly that we paid as soon as we came. This was such a bummer. It kind of spoilt the mood. What was even shocking was that they were encouraging walk-in customers and no one was screened. During the actual period, this is terrible. My kids and I went in a room for reflexology while my husband was in another one. Though the massage was good ( For me and my older son), the therapists kept talking between themselves that we could not even relaxed. For my younger son, one therapist started the treatment, she left after five minutes and went talking loudly to someone else in another room. My younger son was left for 10 minutes without any therapist and I'm sure that he did not get the whole 30 minutes reflexology that we paid for. my husband, who was in another room, got a therapist, who kept yawning and was not applying enough pressure. my husband said that he felt like a kid was giving him a reflexology. the therapist again kept leaving him everything and this again did not enable him to relax properly. At one time, the therapist was yawning so much that he asked her if she was tired and she said yes. And she left him to go to speak to someone else in another room, because she wanted to leave early. The rough receptionist even typed the wrong date in our receipts for insurance.I rarely write a bad review but this is an example, exceeding bad customer service. No pre-screening questions were asked for Covid19; Temperature was not taken. Therapists started the massage, then left customers every ten minutes for 5 minutes. My husband received 20 minutes of reflexology instead of 30 minutes. My older son and I had really nice therapists, but they were talking so much between themselves. in other rooms, we could hear other therapists shouting. The relaxing music, was actually of no use, as we could only hear the bickering of therapists.Overall it was a waste of money.read more
